Visual Multiplication Facts
A picture is worth a thousand words, right? I made these slide presentations to help students learn the times table. I needed a place to display them so here they are! Click on the images for some eye-catching ways to visualize the multiplication facts. Involving multiple senses will help you learn them even faster! Try pointing to each item while counting them out loud. All of this will help to activate the visual, auditory, tactile, and kinesthetic learning pathways of the brain.
Click on image at left for this slide presentation, which has all of the multiplication facts from 0 to 12. Remember that multiplication is commutative. For example, 3 x 4 is the same as 4 x 3. So you really only need to learn about half of the times table. (Hey, this is getting easier already...!)
